Key Responsibilities
- Architect the Centralized AI Platform to build, secure, orchestrate, and manage both internal and vendor‑provided AI agents.
- Integrate AI and workflow capabilities across SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks, M365 ecosystem, and other enterprise platforms.
- Design and implement the Agent Registry & Catalog, ensuring complete metadata, governance, and lifecycle management for all agents.
- Develop the Agent Orchestration framework, enabling multi‑agent workflows, interoperability, and policy‑driven execution.
- Define and standardize Agent Templates and SDKs to streamline agent development and ensure consistency across teams.
- Establish robust change and version control mechanisms for agent updates, platform components, and integrations.
- Translate complex enterprise constraints into scalable, secure, and compliant Day‑1 AI foundations.
- Azure experience critical.
- Strong expertise in enterprise AI/ML platforms, LLMOps, AgentOps, and distributed architecture patterns.
- Experience with the Microsoft AI ecosystem including Agent 365, Copilot Studio, Purview, Power Platform, and Azure security/integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise governance frameworks, ITSM workflows, identity and access controls (RBAC), and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to define technical architectures, platform blueprints, and reference designs that scale across large enterprises.
