The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $132,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Role Overview And Position Requirements
- Excellent communication and core consulting skills
- Excellent functional knowledge of financial close process, accounting consolidation methods, intercompany accounting and reporting, currency translations, multi-GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience in delivering at least one (1) large full life-cycle consolidation implementation using FCCS and that includes EPU and Cash flow
- Extensive prior experience in Oracle HFM necessary
- Demonstrated ability in performing the following responsibilities:
- Conducting business requirements, design sessions and workshops
- Developing solution architecture; configuring out-of-box functionality/ developing additional custom functionality
- Developing data conversion and validation strategy
- Preparing functional design and configuration specifications
- Managing the product configuration and technical development activities
- Preparing test plan, cases and scripts; leading testing activities
- Managing application deployment, cut-over and transition
- Ability to work across Oracle Cloud team (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) and manage internal and external data/metadata interfaces
- Ability to manage project resources both onsite and offshore
- Ability to track project timeline and deliverables and communicate to Leadership team
- Degree in Accounting strongly preferred
- Experienced in working with or in an accounting, finance or budgeting function
- Technical knowledge includes –
- Experience in FCCS metadata configuration and maintenance
- Experience in Data Management and EPM Automate
- Experience with writing calculation scripts
- Expert in SmartView for Office (Excel)
- Experience in EPRCS (Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud) a plus
- Experience in writing functional technical, test script and training documentation
