About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Finance Techno Functional Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in EBS modules such as Fixed Assets Receivables Payables General Ledger and Cash Management. The ideal candidate will work focusing on optimizing financial processes and ensuring seamless integration across systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient financial solutions using EBS modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Provide expert guidance on Fixed Assets Receivables Payables General Ledger and Cash Management processes.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow between EBS modules to support business operations.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding of EBS functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security and data integrity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing insights on system capabilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align system functionalities with business goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with XML Publisher/BI Publisher Reporting, PL/SQL, Forms, and Workflow Customizations. Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA) modules.
• Minimum 10 yrs of experience. We need a strong techno functional with knowledge in the aforesaid finance modules. Customer will ask questions which will be mostly scenario based and they expect the answers to be hands on relevant
• Possess in-depth knowledge of EBS modules including Fixed Assets Receivables Payables General Ledger and Cash Management.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess business needs and develop effective solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in documenting technical specifications and user manuals.
• Have experience in conducting user training and support sessions.
• Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
• Nice to have experience in Payments and Commercial Claims domain.

Salary And Other Compensation

• The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $132,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
