Role Overview
The Lead/Sr Property and Casualty Business Analyst is responsible for delivering hands-on business analysis for insurance platforms, with a primary focus on Duck Creek. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful transformation initiatives, requirements governance, and functional solution alignment. The business analyst will collaborate extensively with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, driving requirements from conception to implementation and overseeing critical business analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum IT Experience: 15 years
Minimum Business Analysis Experience: 10 years’ experience in property and casualty insurance business analysis
Primary Skills
Hands-on business analysis experience in property and casualty insurance
Experience in implementing P&C Commercial Lines products
Knowledge on Duck Creek Policy
Knowledge on Property & Casualty Insurance Domain
Knowledge on Policy Rating, Forms, User Administration, Day 2 transactions, and batch processes
Process Mapping Tools (Visio, LucidChart, etc)
Experience leading Business Analyst Teams

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000 K -$ 155,000 K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
