Lead .NET Full stack Developer (Hybrid)
Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and skilled Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team, an individual with strong proficiency with .NET framework and related technologies (C# ASP.NET MVC), and extensive experience with SQL Server and SSIS.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design and architect enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies.
- Develop and manage ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, performance and security of applications.
- Lead and mentor development teams provide technical guidance and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- With 9 years of experience
- Design and architect enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies.
- Develop and manage ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, performance and security of applications.
- Lead and mentor development teams provide technical guidance and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with .NET framework and related technologies (C# ASP.NET MVC).
- Extensive experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
- Knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes).
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
