You will be a valued member of the data engineering and automation team, collaborating with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and cross functional stakeholders to enable secure, scalable, and fully automated TDM capabilities. ________________________________________ In this role, you will: • Design, develop, and maintain test data management solutions using K2View Fabric for enterprise applications. • Implement data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation to support various test environments. • Develop automated test data provisioning processes and integrate TDM workflows into CI/CD pipelines. • Monitor and optimize performance of TDM solutions to ensure high availability and scalability. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test data generation and provisioning. • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders. • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Design, present, and defend technical solutions to enterprise architects and senior technical leadership. • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable with clear technical documentation. • Create and deliver presentations and demos to senior leadership, project sponsors, and technical peers. • Support project planning, estimation, and delivery timelines. • Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment. • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting engineering best practices and continuous learning. • Partner closely with offshore development teams to maintain code quality, consistency, and alignment. ________________________________________ Work model At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations. ________________________________________ What you must have to be considered • Minimum 10 years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM) within large enterprise environments, ideally in financial or regulated industries. • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the K2View platform, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance. • Deep expertise in K2View Fabric & Broadway, including large-scale data processing, data masking, and synthetic data generation. • Proven experience creating reusable test data frameworks using K2View. • Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise databases such as Google BigQuery, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2. • Experience integrating TDM tools with CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA) and the ability to implement secure TDM solutions. • Ability to lead test data strategy discussions across QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams. • Experience implementing TDM for large-scale Data Warehouses (highly preferred). • Strong expertise in Java and Python (highly preferred). • Proven experience designing and presenting technical solutions to architects and senior decision makers. • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to senior leaders and non technical audiences. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and creative solutioning skills. • Experience mentoring junior developers and driving engineering excellence. • Practical experience working with offshore teams and distributed delivery models. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. ________________________________________ These will help you stand out • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale TDM modernization or automation initiatives. • Strong understanding of test data virtualization concepts. • Prior experience in financial services data environments. • Thought leadership in TDM best practices, automation, and data compliance. • Contributions to engineering standards, reusable design patterns, or automation accelerators. • Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. *Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
