Java Technical Lead

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC Javascript and mySQL.
Oversee the implementation of Product Lifecycle Management solutions to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster their growth and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain high-quality code adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of software solutions.
Monitor and optimize application performance identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
14 years of experience
Hands on Java Spring Boot, RDBMS
Scala nice to have
Resource should have knowledge in JIRA, Scrum etc..
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and its application in software development.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques.
Display strong communication and collaboration skills
Certifications Required
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Certified ScrumMaster
Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $113,000 to $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
