In this role, you will
- Unload incoming shipments, verify items against documentation, and place them in the correct storage locations
- Maintain and organize inventory storage space within the depot to ensure accessibility and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Prepare outgoing shipments, load trucks, and ensure proper packaging and labeling standards are met
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counting, Kanban, and physical inventory counts on a yearly and quarterly basis
- Maintain inventory levels using RFID technology, including receiving, storage, and auditing
- Manage the disposition of return to inventory (RTI), return to vendor (RTV), and end-of-life company assets
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies, providing opportunities for process improvement
- Communicate inventory issues, missing items, and shipment damage to management in a timely manner
- Work with ServiceNow and hardware asset management systems to track and manage inventory
- Collaborate with customers and supervisors to determine configurations, lead times, and end-of-life analysis for contracted equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships across functions and teams to support smooth operations
- Interact with customers in a polite, efficient, and responsive manner to ensure high service standards
- Work toward becoming the location subject matter expert (SME) across all aspects of inventory management

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 2 years of experience in inventory management, including knowledge of processes, procedures, and product dating methods
- Experience with cycle counting, Kanban, and physical yearly and quarterly inventory counts
- Hands-on experience with RFID technology for maintaining inventory levels, including receiving, storage, and auditing
- Proficiency with ServiceNow and hardware asset management systems
- Experience managing RTI, RTV, and end-of-life disposition of company assets
- Ability to consistently lift boxes up to 40 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory lifecycle management and best practices
- Experience working directly with customers and vendors in a service-oriented environment
- Highly proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ability to maintain visibility and accountability to both customers and internal team members
