Job Tittle: Major Incident Management
LOCATION: Fort mill, SC
- Incident Identification & Prioritization – Quickly assess and classify incidents to determine their severity and impact.
- Coordination & Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders.
- Incident Resolution – Drive troubleshooting efforts, working closely with technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Stakeholder Communication – Provide timely updates to leadership, customers, and other impacted parties, ensuring transparency
- Process Improvement – Continuously refine incident management processes to enhance response times and effectiveness.
- Escalation Management – Ensure that incidents are escalated appropriately to senior management or specialized teams when needed.
- Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions for auditing and improvement purposes.
