Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $83,600 – 129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

You will be a valued member of the Integration Services team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, architects, developers, and program managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of IBM ACE/IIB message flows, ensuring alignment with enterprise integration standards.
- Develop and support complex message flows, ESQL statements, message sets, and publish/subscribe applications.
- Design and implement REST and web service integrations using HTTP, Compute, Aggregation, and Database nodes.
- Oversee message transformation, validation, translation, and routing for XML-based and other structured payloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and production support.
- Strong hands-on experience developing integrations using IBM ACE and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
- Proven expertise in message flows, ESQL development, message sets, and publish/subscribe patterns.
- Experience with XML technologies including XSD and XSLT for message validation and transformation.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience building BAR files, managing version control, and overriding runtime properties.
- Experience integrating IBM ACE/IIB solutions with IBM API Connect (APIC).
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Industry experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and mentor team members.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting integrations in production environments.
