Solution Architecture & Design
- Architect and develop multi-agent AI solutions using Google ADK and Vertex AI.
- Design hierarchical and collaborative agent workflows using MCP and A2A protocols.
- Define integration approaches with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to established engineering standards.
- Lead development of agent deployment, testing, debugging, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
- Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment models.
- Build reusable agent components, orchestration frameworks, and accelerators.
- Optimize agent performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Manage a team of AI engineers and technical specialists.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and design workshops.
- Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and project governance activities.
- Ensure successful delivery of AI agent solutions within quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Establish monitoring, evaluation, and operational support processes.
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, feedback loops, and lessons learned.
- 8-12 years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK, Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Experience with Google Cloud services including Cloud Run, Kubernetes, Agent Runtime, and GenAI services.
- Knowledge of agent orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and LLM operations.
- Experience implementing observability, human-in-the-loop controls, and durable state management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
