Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery for Healthcare Facets programs, ensuring successful execution of functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing across multiple workstreams.
- Own test strategy, planning, estimation, and governance, including test scope definition, resource planning, risk management, defect management, and release readiness assessments.
- Manage multi-vendor and cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery of project objectives
- 10 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering experience with a strong focus on Healthcare Payer systems and Facets platform testing
- Proven expertise in end-to-end test management, including test strategy, estimation, planning, execution, defect management, and release governance for large-scale Facets programs.
- Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare Payer operations, including Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider, Billing, and EDI transactions (834/837/835).
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional, and onsite-offshore delivery teams for complex transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, client governance, executive communication, and delivery leadership, including managing SLAs and service commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Healthcare and Quality certifications are preferred.
