Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects, focusing on meeting client needs and achieving project goals. This involves planning, execution, and delivery, while also ensuring project alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Qualification

• Have a relevant degree such as Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, Project Management, Information Technology, Business/Administration
• Around 10 to 15 years of overall experience in Program and Project management.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills with a focus on delivery excellence.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and facilitate in meetings with Customers and Resolve customer escalations with respect to smooth operations
• Aligns project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans, Prioritizes, tasks and resolve issues/conflicts
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders including clients team members and management.
• Works proactively to avoid Service interruptions and identify and implement early interventions
• Ensure all requested approved projects are initiated and progressed appropriately. SLAs are met and deliverables are provided on time with high quality and within budget by the project teams.
• Prepare, Participate, Coordinate and Lead RFPs, Account Performance Review, Client Meetings
• Ensure Financials are reviewed periodically and be part of Forecast reviews for the Account. Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define scope, deliverables, and ensure clear communication.
  
  

Performance Monitoring And Risk Management

• Track project progress, identify and address potential issues and risks, and implement corrective actions.
  
  

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and manage expectations.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
  
  

Compliance And Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as quality standards in project delivery.
  
  

Reporting And Communication

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

Salary And Other Compensation

The hourly salary for this position is between $[151,000 - 177,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
