DaaS Manager – Device-as-a-Service

Experience: 12–15 years

Location: Portland, Oregon (Onsite 5 days in Office)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the DaaS strategy across enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware leasing, support, and logistics.
• Oversee device lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies and security standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, IT support, and finance.
  
  

Technologies & Skills

• ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Ivanti
• Asset management: SCCM, JAMF, Intune
• Endpoint security: CrowdStrike, Symantec
• Experience with OEMs: Dell, HP, Lenovo
• Strong understanding of leasing models, SLAs, and contract management

The annual salary for this position is between $73,350– $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
