Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager with 20 to 22 years of expertise in managing customer relationships and project portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Psft-CustomerRelationshipMngmt and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). Experience in the Airlines domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively during day shifts with travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of Psft-CustomerRelationshipMngmt systems to enhance client engagement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project management solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all client interactions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and client satisfaction.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities through strategic client engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Psft- Customer Relationship Mngmt and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM).
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client trust.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex client relationships.
  • Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Display adaptability to work in a hybrid model and manage day shift responsibilities effectively.
