The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Design and implement robust data solutions using Synapse Pipelines to enhance data processing capabilities.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Utilize Azure Monitor to ensure the performance and reliability of data systems proactively addressing any issues.
- Manage and optimize Azure Data Lake Store to support scalable and secure data storage solutions.
- Implement Azure Key Vault to safeguard sensitive data and manage access controls effectively.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Azure DevOps practices ensuring efficient and streamlined workflows.
- Develop and maintain stored procedures to support complex data transformations and business logic.
- Architect and manage Azure Synapse Datawarehouse solutions to enable high-performance data analytics.
- Lead data modeling efforts to ensure accurate representation of business processes and data relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions with existing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data architecture and security.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.

- Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing data solutions using Azure technologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Synapse Pipelines Power BI and Azure Monitor for data processing and visualization.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of Azure Data Lake Store and Azure Key Vault for secure data management.
- Have a solid understanding of Azure DevOps practices to support efficient development workflows.
- Show expertise in developing stored procedures and managing Azure Synapse Data Warehouse solutions.
- Display strong data modeling skills to accurately represent business processes and data relationships.
