AWS connect product owner

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex with a strong background in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our healthcare services. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex to enhance customer interactions and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions within the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system architecture and design decisions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in system design and architecture to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems to enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Have strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Show a commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges in system design and implementation.

Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Charlotte, NC/ Dallas, Tx/ Plano, Tx/Mount Laurel NJ/Boston, MA Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
