The annual salary for this position is between $53,477– $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

In This Role, You Will
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Validate API integrations and data flows to ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile testing practices.
- Utilize test management tools such as Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, RQM, and RTC for planning and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation frameworks and test environments.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 5–7 years of experience in Automation QA Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, JavaScript, or similar automation tools.
- Experience with Salesforce or Five9 platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles.
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
- Familiarity with secure messaging, email routing, and related capabilities.
- Proficiency in test management tools (Rational Tool Suite, JIRA/RQM/RTC).
- Healthcare domain knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
