The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Design and develop robust architectural solutions using CLLE, RPGLE, and DB2/400 to meet business needs in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural designs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural solutions and processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of system architecture to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges and improve system functionality.
- Oversee the deployment and testing of new systems and applications to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

- Seeking a highly skilled Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in CLLE, RPGLE, DB2/400, CLP, and AS/400 RPG.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance.
