Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500- $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

In this role you will
- Lead the design and development of Appian solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
- Oversee the creation of intuitive Appian UI designs that improve user interaction and satisfaction
- Architect and implement event-driven processes in Appian to optimize workflow automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Appian components seamlessly with existing systems and platforms
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering continuous learning and adherence to best practices

- Extensive experience in Appian solution development and UI design with strong knowledge of integration components
- Proficiency in Rest API and JSON for effective data management and system integration
- Solid background in Appian BPM process modeling and flow design to optimize business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in asset management operations and asset & wealth management domains
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in financial services
- Ability to design scalable and adaptable Appian BPM process flows for evolving business needs
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and Appian technologies
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team culture
