Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data automation testing, test and defect management, and cloud validation. This role requires proficiency in Unix, Databricks pipeline testing, TOSCA DI automation, and SQL scripting. The position is hybrid with no travel required and the shift is day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of data automation testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Oversee test and defect management processes to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide expertise in Unix and Databricks pipeline testing to enhance system reliability.
- Develop TOSCA DI automation scripts to streamline testing processes and improve productivity.
- Conduct cloud validation to ensure seamless integration and performance of cloud-based solutions.
- Perform BigData validation to verify data integrity and accuracy across large datasets.
- Execute BI validation to ensure accurate reporting and data visualization.
- Utilize SQL scripting to perform complex data queries and validate test results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development and maintenance of testing documentation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve testing issues effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data automation testing and cloud validation techniques.
- Exhibit expertise in Unix, Databricks data pipeline testing, and TOSCA DI automation.
- Have experience in BigData and BI validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Show proficiency in SQL scripting for data query and validation tasks.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing technologies.
Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $100,000 to $115,000 USD
- Bonus eligibility based on performance
