We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical M365 Architect for Post-Migration Onsite Support Specialist to provide hands-on assistance to end-users across multiple locations following Microsoft 365 migration. This is a travel-intensive role requiring strong troubleshooting skills for M365 workloads, excellent customer service, and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly

In this role, you will:
- Provide onsite support to end-users post-M365 migration across designated locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Email (Exchange Online), OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams and other M365 apps
- Assist users with Client configuration (Outlook, OneDrive sync, Teams setup) and profile setup and authentication issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks impacting M365 services.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.
- Document and report recurring issues for continuous improvement.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on M365 features and best practices.
- Maintain compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 troubleshooting (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS client configuration.
- Ability to identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively across multiple locations.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
Travel Requirement: This is a traveling role; candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel to different client sites.
