About the role

As a Product Manager – SaaS Transformation, you will make an impact by leading the modernization of a large-scale enterprise healthcare application into a cloud-native SaaS solution. You will shape the product roadmap, guide technical evolution, and foster innovation to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS transformation, from ideation through launch and continuous optimization.
• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and technical realities.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and security teams to execute migration strategies for complex on-premise products.
• Champion customer-centric design while driving SaaS operational excellence and compliance.
• Monitor product performance, analyze customer feedback, and implement enhancements to improve scalability, security, and user experience.

What you need to have to be considered

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of product management experience, including 3 years focused on SaaS transformation or cloud-native product development.
• Strong technical background with hands-on collaboration on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven success in migrating enterprise-scale applications to SaaS and driving platform modernization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

These will help you stand out

• Experience in B2B enterprise software within regulated industries (healthcare or finance).
• Familiarity with multi-tenant architecture and SaaS operational models.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and API-first design.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and cultural change.

The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
