About the role
As a DevQA Engineer with CI/CD and OpenShift, you will make an impact by ensuring seamless integration of quality assurance within automated CI/CD pipelines and OpenShift environments. You will be a valued member of the Engineering and Quality team, collaborating closely with development, product, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Manage Openshift Administration
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub/GitLab CI, integrating automated UI/API test suites (Playwright, Selenium).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for repeatable environment provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
- Set up and manage monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk) for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define branching strategies, testing gates, and environment governance.
- Continuously improve pipeline efficiency, troubleshoot failures, and optimize deployment/testing processes.
Work model

- Strong experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes and containerization (Docker/Podman).
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD/CT automation and test integration.
- Proficiency in Playwright and Selenium for UI/API test automation.
- Scripting/programming skills: Python, Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) and Git workflows.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and security best practices.
- Certifications: Red Hat OpenShift, CKA, or RHCSA.
- Experience with microservices deployment, service mesh (Istio), and DevSecOps practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) integrated with OpenShift.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
