Facets Healthcare Developer Facets Developer – Healthcare Solutions Location: Texas or NJ Work Model: Hybrid – with flexibility based on business needs Employment Type: Full-Time Job ID: 00066081092 About the role As a Facets Developer, you will make an impact by supporting new implementations and enhancements across healthcare platforms. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with onshore and offshore stakeholders to ensure high-quality development and integration of Facets modules. In this role, you will: Lead development activities for Facets implementations and enhancements. Perform backend development using SQL and .NET technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure seamless integration across Facets modules and healthcare systems. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to manage deliverables and timelines. Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Solid understanding of healthcare systems and payer domain workflows. Proven experience working across multiple Facets modules. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams. Experience supporting both new implementations and ongoing development. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 11/30/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $83K-$94K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
