Cognitive Organics is seeking a reliable, warm, and energetic LENS Neurofeedback Technician to support our growing school and community-based neurofeedback services.
This position will help us expand access to LENS Neurofeedback throughout Tuscarawas County, including local schools, community agencies, group homes, and our office locations in Bolivar and Uhrichsville. The right person will be comfortable working with children, teens, adults, families, school staff, and community partners in a variety of settings.
LENS Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive technology used to support brain regulation, nervous system functioning, and overall mental wellness. As a LENS Neurofeedback Technician, you will be trained to assist with session setup, equipment use, client support, documentation, and communication with the clinical team.
This is a meaningful role for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized while traveling between locations, and is excited to be part of an innovative and growing brain health program.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing equipment and materials for LENS sessions in office, school, and community-based settings
- Traveling to assigned school or community locations as scheduled
- Greeting clients and helping them feel comfortable before and during sessions
- Working respectfully with children, teens, adults, families, school staff, and agency partners
- Placing sensors according to training and protocol
- Running LENS sessions under the direction of the clinical team
- Documenting session details accurately and timely
- Monitoring appointment flow and helping sessions stay on schedule
- Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment between appointments
- Communicating client questions, concerns, or changes to the appropriate clinician
- Supporting a calm, professional, and welcoming experience in all service settings
- Helping with basic scheduling, coordination, or office support tasks as needed
- Representing Cognitive Organics professionally in schools and community agencies

No formal degree or certification is required.
Preferred, But Not Required
Experience in any of the following areas is helpful but not required:
- Mental health or behavioral health
- School-based services
- Working with children, teens, or families
- Group homes, residential care, or community-based support services
- Medical office, wellness office, therapy, counseling, or functional health setting
- Front desk, scheduling, or client care role
- Technology-based services or equipment setup
Schedule
This is intended to be a part time or full-time, in-person position serving our Bolivar office, Uhrichsville office, and school/community-based locations throughout Tuscarawas County.
The schedule may include daytime hours, school-day hours, and some early evening availability depending on client and agency needs. Final schedule may vary as school and community partnerships continue to grow.
Reliable transportation is required, as this role will involve travel between office, school, and community locations.
