Cognitive Care Counseling, PLLC is seeking compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide psychotherapy services to older adults residing in senior living communities throughout the northern and western suburbs of Chicago. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with residents while maintaining a flexible schedule that works for you. Clinicians are assigned to specific communities to minimize travel and provide consistency for both clients and community staff.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- Active Illinois LCSW license required
