About The Role
MAI is seeking a Digital Technology Integrator to drive the effective integration of technology into teaching, learning, and student experience across the school. This is a hybrid leadership role that combines instructional coaching, systems design, and strategic implementation. The Digital Learning Lead will partner closely with faculty, academic leaders, IT, and regional advisors to ensure that technology enhances, not complicates, the learning experience.
The role requires a balance of vision and practicality: someone who can help shape MAI’s digital learning strategy while working directly with teachers and students to improve classroom practice. This individual will play a key role in building faculty confidence, supporting innovation, and ensuring that digital tools are used purposefully to improve student outcomes.

What You Will Do
Digital Learning Strategy & Schoolwide Integration
- Support the development and implementation of MAI’s digital learning strategy in alignment with academic priorities and student
- Partner with the School Leadership Team to ensure technology integration enhances curriculum design, student engagement,
- Evaluate and recommend digital tools and platforms that align with MAI’s instructional model.
- Collaborate with IT Team to ensure infrastructure supports teaching and learning needs effectively.
- Liaise with regional digital learning advisors and other Cognita schools to align with best practices and share innovation.
- Be accountable for school digital maturity growth through completing the annual Digital Maturity Scale benchmarking activity.
- Provide direct coaching and support to teachers, integrating digital tools into classroom practice.
- Design and deliver professional development that builds faculty confidence and competence in digital learning.
- Support interdisciplinary and project-based learning through purposeful use of technology.
- Model effective instructional practices and co-teach where appropriate.
- Build a culture where technology enhances pedagogy rather than drives it.
- Support students in developing digital literacy, research skills, and responsible technology use.
- Lead initiatives related to digital citizenship, online safety, and ethical technology use.
- Promote student-led digital projects that foster creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Ensure accessibility and equitable access to digital tools for all learners.
- Support the unique needs of student-athletes by leveraging technology for flexibility, organization, and performance tracking.
- Partner with academic leaders, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment across systems and priorities.
- Support parent education sessions on digital learning, technology use, and student wellbeing.
- Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional approach to digital innovation.
- Help establish a network of teacher leaders or “digital champions” to support peer-to-peer learning.
- Engage regularly with PD that enhances your practice and challenges your thinking.
- You use technology and AI tools purposefully and thoughtfully to personalize learning, enhance collaboration, and expand students' creative possibilities.

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in education, educational technology, or related field
- Experience : Experience in teaching, instructional coaching, or digital learning integration
- Expertise : Demonstrated success supporting educators in integrating technology into teaching and learning
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and emerging educational technologies;
- Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree
