Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 years of experience in Marketing Automation, with 4 years of deep hands‑on Marketo Engage expertise
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale Marketo implementations
- Strong command of lead lifecycle management, scoring, routing, and nurture strategy
- Advanced experience with Salesforce–Marketo integrations and sync troubleshooting
- Hands‑on knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting and optimization
- Ability to lead technical discussions with senior marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or Marketo Certified Architect (MCA)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Exposure to additional Martech platforms (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot)
- Experience in client‑facing, consulting, or managed services environments
- Prior experience mentoring or leading Marketo engineers or marketing operations teams
