Duties
Caregivers (HCAs & CNAs) provide non-medical in-home support to seniors throughout San Diego. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. No experience needed, training provided. Weekly pay, paid HCA fees, and 24/7 support included. Duties may include: companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, dementia care, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments.
Qualifications
We welcome caregivers at all experience levels, including those new to the field. No experience needed; we will train you.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with CDSS or willing to register (we pay fees)
- Able to pass a Live Scan background check
- TB test and basic health clearance
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Ability to assist with personal care and mobility support
- CNA preferred but not required
- No experience needed, paid training provided
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional in client homes
