Cognicare Psychological Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, passionate LCSW and clinical supervisor to join our newest location in South Jersey.

This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys private practice, values mentorship and supervision, and is interested in growing into a larger leadership role over time.

As Regional Clinical Lead, you will maintain your own clinical caseload while providing supervision and mentorship to provisionally licensed clinicians as the team grows.

For the right person, this role offers significant long-term professional growth, including the potential to develop into a Regional Clinical Director position.

It should be noted that this position will start as a part-time role.

Position Summary

The Regional Clinical Lead will provide direct clinical services while serving as a clinical supervisor and mentor for provisionally licensed clinicians.

This role combines the flexibility of clinical practice with the opportunity to take on meaningful leadership responsibilities within a growing group practice.

Responsibilities

Clinical Practice

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on areas of clinical expertise
• Build and maintain an outpatient clinical caseload
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Provide evidence-based, culturally responsive, and client-centered care

Clinical Supervision & Leadership

• Provide individual and/or group supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians
• Mentor clinicians and support their professional development
• Assist supervisees with complex cases, ethical concerns, documentation, and clinical decision-making
• Promote strong clinical standards and evidence-based practice
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive clinical culture
• Participate in clinician interviewing and onboarding as needed
• Collaborate with Cognicare's clinical and administrative leadership teams

Qualifications

Required:

• Active LCSW license in New Jersey
• Qualified to provide clinical supervision toward New Jersey licensure
• Previous clinical supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of outpatient mental health practice
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience working within a group or private practice
• Qualified to supervise both LSWs and LACs
• Previous leadership experience
• CBT-oriented clinical background

Compensation

• $100 per clinical hour
• $100 per supervision hour
• Fee-for-service compensation structure
