POSITION SUMMARY
As a result of our exciting growth, we're thrilled to introduce a new opportunity on our Talent Acquisition team! We're on the hunt for a high-energy, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in sales recruitment-someone who knows how to identify and attract top-performing sales professionals who can drive occupancy and deliver revenue results.
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and plays a critical role in sourcing and hiring high-impact sales leaders across our portfolio of communities.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural talent for connecting with people-preferably with experience recruiting in Senior Living, Luxury Real Estate, or Hospitality. You'll bring innovation, strategy, and passion to the table, while delivering a candidate experience that's as polished as it is personal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute creative, high-impact sales recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for leadership roles.
- Proactively source dynamic sales talent using job boards, social platforms, referral networks, executive search firms, and direct outreach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong industry networks to share leads, gain insights, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Lead inclusive, focused recruitment campaigns that reflect the values and diversity of Cogir's communities.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for key property and corporate leadership roles, with an emphasis on Sales Directors.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, and property leaders to create an exceptional candidate journey.
- Leverage behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to evaluate for skill, performance potential, and culture fit.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
- Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to fine-tune sourcing efforts and drive performance.
- Train and support Area and Corporate leadership teams on sourcing best practices and ATS use.
- Represent and champion Cogir's brand, mission, and values in every recruitment interaction.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience, Competencies, and Skills:
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on sales recruiting for leadership or revenue-driving roles.
- Industry experience in Senior Living, Luxury Real Estate, or Hospitality is highly preferred.
- Exposure to relational sales models or revenue-focused hiring is a big plus.
- Proficient in ATS systems and modern recruitment tech platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Proven success designing and delivering creative talent acquisition strategies.
- High energy, polished professional presence, and unshakable integrity.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
