JOB SUMMARY

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across a portfolio of senior living communities. This role is responsible for translating national marketing strategies into hyper-local execution-building awareness, driving engagement, and ultimately generating quality leads for our communities."
You'll partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Marketing to shape the local presence of each community, ensuring consistency with our brand while tailoring campaigns to resonate with residents, families, and referral partners."
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each community to elevate brand visibility, drive qualified website traffic, and convert leads into meaningful engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities within local markets and craft initiatives that align with business goals and audience needs.
Digital & Content Management
- Lead the strategy and optimization of all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social media, and content marketing, to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
- Design and oversee compelling, audience-driven content that speaks to seniors and their families, reinforcing our brand voice and enhancing community connection.
Performance Analytics & Budget Management
- Measure, analyze, and report on the success of digital and traditional marketing campaigns using CRM platforms and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Strategically plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Relations
- Partner closely with sales, operations, and community teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, integrated, and consistently executed across all touchpoints.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing innovation by monitoring trends and technologies that can enhance campaign performance and customer experience.
- Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, nurturing strong relationships with external agencies, local partners, and key stakeholders to amplify our reach and influence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the senior living, hospitality or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS).
- Role is in the Scottsdale office 5 days/week.
