Role Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the full private equity lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio value creation, working directly alongside senior investors and portfolio executives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Investment Evaluation: Supporting the assessment of new opportunities and investment theses.
  • Market Research: Analyzing industries and competitive dynamics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Building detailed models and performing in-depth valuation and return analyses.
  • Transaction Support: Assisting with diligence, structuring, and investment committee materials.
  • Portfolio Support: Partnering with management teams on growth and M&A initiatives.


Qualifications

  • 2 years in investment banking (preferably M&A), private equity, or related experience.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Independent, analytical, and detail-oriented — thrives in a lean, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Advanced Industrials is a plus but not required.
