Role Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the full private equity lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio value creation, working directly alongside senior investors and portfolio executives. Key responsibilities include:
- Investment Evaluation: Supporting the assessment of new opportunities and investment theses.
- Market Research: Analyzing industries and competitive dynamics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Building detailed models and performing in-depth valuation and return analyses.
- Transaction Support: Assisting with diligence, structuring, and investment committee materials.
- Portfolio Support: Partnering with management teams on growth and M&A initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2 years in investment banking (preferably M&A), private equity, or related experience.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Independent, analytical, and detail-oriented — thrives in a lean, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Advanced Industrials is a plus but not required.
