Cogent Analytics is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing Business Development team. This is more than a traditional call-center or sales job. We provide 150 hours of professional sales and leadership training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path for advancement.

What You Can Earn
- $45,000 Base Salary
- $15,000–$50,000 in Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses
- $60,000–$95,000 First-Year Earning Potential

What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for business owners and executives across the country.
You'll:
- Speak with business owners, CEOs, and executives
- Have meaningful conversations about their business challenges
- Identify potential opportunities where Cogent Analytics can help
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
- Build relationships with business decision-makers
- Maintain accurate activity and CRM records
- Consistently work toward daily and monthly performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
