We currently have a role available for an Expert Pharma Molecular Biologist.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Design recombinant antibody expression constructs to produce monoclonal and bispecific antibodies in various molecular formats
• Perform high-throughput molecular cloning to generate recombinant antibody and protein expression constructs, including high-throughput sequence analysis, and DNA purification
• Work with CRO partners for DNA synthesis, cloning, and plasmid preparation
• Support NGS-based antibody discovery and engineering campaigns by constructing phage display libraries
• Organize DNA and glycerol bacteria samples for distribution and proper storage
• Work collaboratively with Large Molecule functional teams to ensure materials are delivered on time
• Demonstrate collection and thorough analysis of data, and update Electronic Notebook records
  
  

Job Requirements Include, But Are Not Limited To

• BS/MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Cancer Biology, Pharmacology, or related field with 2-10 years of experience working in an academic or industry laboratory setting.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Works well both as a team and as an individual.
• Demonstration of excellent team player skills, very strong attention to detail, very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.
  
  

This is a day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time).
