We currently have a role available for an Expert In Vitro Biologist.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Contribute to mechanism-of-action, target engagement, and translational study components across the AML, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer programs.

• Design, execute, and interpret in vitro tumor cell assays (e.g., viability/proliferation, apoptosis, cell cycle, target engagement, and pathway-modulation assays) to characterize compound activity and inform program decisions.

• Design, conduct, and analyze in vivo xenograft tumor model studies — including dosing, tumor measurement, and PK/PD endpoint sample collection — to establish efficacy and mechanistic relationships.

• Design and run multi-color flow cytometry panels for immunophenotyping, target expression, and pathway-modulation analysis of cell lines and tumor-, blood-, or tissue-derived samples.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ph.D. in biology, cancer biology, immunology, biochemistry, or a related discipline with 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience in drug discovery/cancer biology.

  • BS (8-10 years experience) or MS (5-8 years experience) will also be considered.

• Hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry, including panel design, sample preparation, acquisition, and data analysis.

• Demonstrated experience designing and executing in vitro tumor cell–based assays.

• Hands-on experience with in vivo xenograft tumor models, including study design, and endpoint sample analysis.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work well both independently and within a team.

• Very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.

• The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.

This is an onsite, day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time).
