- Greet and check in visitors; maintain a professional and polished reception presence
- Serve as the first impression of the company for clients and guests
- Ensure the front office and common areas are organized and presentable at all times
- Receive deliveries and manage office supplies across storage, kitchen, and collaboration spaces
- Maintain inventory and proactively restock supplies (coffee, snacks, and essentials)
- Set up and reset conference rooms for meetings; ensure spaces are left organized and ready for use
- Monitor and maintain overall office readiness and appearance throughout the day
- Order office supplies, catering, and meals for internal meetings and events
- Support coordination of team events (e.g., picnics, holiday gatherings) in collaboration with leadership and HR
- Maintain and reinforce office standards for cleanliness, organization, and shared-space etiquette
