Location- Minneapolis, MN

Position Summary
Experienced in managing telephony service operations, including incident resolution, service request fulfillment, and vendor escalations. Skilled in supporting planning initiatives, advising on telephony support contracts, and coordinating migrations to modern telephony and call-processing systems. Adept at collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reliable, efficient communication infrastructure.
Job Description
Working with incidents and service requests related to telephony service and call
processing systems.
Escalations of issues with telephony vendors.
Attend planning meetings and gather information on telephony related infinitives.
Advice on contracts related vendor telephony support.
Assist with planning and migration to new telephony and call processing systems.
