Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join a highly respected healthcare team in Springfield, MA. This assignment is ideal for nurses who will be working at high-acuity Emergency Department caring for a highly diverse patient population. The department manages a broad range of presentations, including behavioral health patients, boarding patients, emergency/trauma cases, and critically ill patients requiring ICU-level care.

Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)

Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Compensation

36 Hours/Week

Weekly Gross: $3,1784.00

· Taxable Income: $1,764.00/week

· Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,414.00/week

· Hourly Taxable Rate: $49.00

· Blended Hourly Rate: $88.28

· Overtime Rate: $73.50/hr

48 Hours/Week

Weekly Gross: $4,170.00

· Taxable Income: $2,756.00/week

· Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,414.00/week

· Hourly Taxable Rate: $53.00

· Blended Hourly Rate: $88.35

· Overtime Rate: $79.50/hr

Requirements

· Active RN License

· Minimum 1 years of ER RN experience

· First-time travelers accepted

· BLS ,ACLS (AHA)

Patient Population

Expected Ratios: 1:2 or 1:1 if the acuity requires 1:1 Cases seen: SEPSIS, ESRD & AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, MICU . Post cardiac arrest care, Respiratory Failure

· Night Shift

· 12X3 or 12X4
