- 11 years of experience in Full Stack Development using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 11 years of experience with SQL Server, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- 11 years of experience with Oracle, including Oracle database development and migrating legacy system data to SQL Server.
- 11 years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and performing data transformations.
- 11 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including App Services, Storage, Security, and cloud deployments.
- 11 years of demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in enterprise application development.
- 11 years of experience transforming and migrating legacy data to support modern application solutions.
- 11 years of experience converting legacy applications into modern web-based solutions.
- 11 years of knowledge and implementation of Section 508 Accessibility Standards.
- 11 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- 11 years of experience performing Oracle data migration, including migration from Oracle to SQL Server environments.
Preferred Skills
- 8 years of experience with data migration projects within government or regulated environments.
- 8 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
- 6 years of experience working with Texas State Agencies, Healthcare, or Public Sector organizations.
