Role: RSA Archer GRC Specialist II
Location: Austin, TX Onsite
Must Have
- 5 years of experience with RSA Archer administration, configuration, and customization
- Archer Certified Professional (ACP) OR Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator Certification
- 5 years of experience with A&A, Controls Assurance, Issues Management, and custom Archer applications
- 5 years of REST API/web services integration experience
- 5 years of JavaScript and jQuery customization experience
- Experience with workflows, questionnaires, forms, access controls, and data feeds
- Strong knowledge of GRC, risk, and compliance processes
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Archer applications
Preferred
- 10 years of experience supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations
- Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting Information Security, Risk, or Compliance teams
- Experience working in structured change/release management environments
