Job Requirements:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Network Services, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security
- Ensure high availability and performance of network infrastructure through proactive monitoring and incident management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for high-priority network and infrastructure issues
- Coordinate and prioritize workload across network engineering, infrastructure, and security teams
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
- Drive implementation and optimization of key initiatives, including:
- SD-WAN deployment and performance tuning
- Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics)
- Security integrations (e.g., Secure Workload, NGFW, identity services)
- Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and contract performance
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams
- Provide regular status reporting, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to leadership
- Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, processes, and operational procedures
- Support knowledge transfer, training, and continuity planning
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in network operations, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Proven experience managing and leading technical teams in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies (WAN, LAN, routing, switching, wireless)
- Experience handling incident management, escalation, and service availability in a 24x7 environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience with Cisco VoIP solutions (design, implementation, and support)
- 5 years of experience managing networking teams in large-scale or highly complex environments
- Experience supporting 24x7x365 network, voice, and video infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with:
- SD-WAN technologies
- Network observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics)
- Network security platforms (e.g., NGFW, identity services)
