This residential and commercial construction management firm have overseen a range of affordable, market rate and mixed-use projects throughout the city.
They are currently looking for a Lead Superintendent for an 8-story, 180,000sf multi-family development in Brooklyn.
They are looking for an experienced Super with 10 years’ experience and, more importantly, 1-2 equivalent projects that they have run as the lead. A DOB License is a pre-requisite for the position.
This will be a close-knit, efficient project team, so they are looking for collaborative team players who aren’t afraid to chip in elsewhere to support the workload.
With three additional projects also due to start this year, they are a stable and growing GC/CM who can also offer a generous bonus structure for the right individual.
Salary : $180,000 - $215,000
