This established GC have a 50-year history of specializing in large-scale, ground-up projects throughout New York City.
They are currently looking for a Chief Estimator to join their close-knit, experienced estimating team, overseeing the production of bids across projects ranging from $20M to $200M .
Overseeing a team of 10, you will be responsible for leading the division, ensuring the timely delivery of bids across a range of large-scale projects, and taking ultimate responsibility for bid strategy, maintaining positive client and subcontractor relationships, and collaborating with the project management team.
They are looking for someone with 15 years' estimating experience, working on ground-up projects in the boroughs, and experience leading a team of estimating/precon professionals.

Salary : $225,000 - $300,000
