- Power (industrial/ large commercial)
- Commercial power switch gear
- Emergency power generation
- Uninterruptible Power Supplies
- DC Plant
- Battery Plants
- Air Quality (EPA compliance)
- HVAC (industrial/ large commercial) – including
- Centrifugal, Screw, and other various compressor types
- Air Handling and distribution systems
- Self-contained package units
- HVAC control and systems
- Cooling towers and other condensing systems
- Fire Systems
- Alarm systems, codes and regulations
- Fire suppression systems
- Clean Agent
- Water Systems, pumps, flow control
- CO2 sensors
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- System and administration
- Programming
- System Architecture
- Network trouble shooting
- Peripheral devices
Required
- 10 years of experience in facility management with a skillset of diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues and finding solutions to correct facility system problems
- 5 years of experience with project management/project implementation supporting less experienced engineers
- 10 years working directly with vendors and reviewing vendor methods of procedures
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
