Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects, from planning to closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to project teams
- Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction
- 10 years of experience managing water and/or wastewater plant construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and mechanical/electrical installations
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
- PMP or PE license preferred but not required

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
