Sales Representative

We’re looking for motivated, competitive, and personable individuals who enjoy working with people and are driven by results. No prior roofing experience is required — we provide the training and tools you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generate & Manage Leads: Work with qualified leads and actively develop new sales opportunities through company-provided and self-generated leads
• Meet With Customers: Conduct consultations to understand their needs, assess their goals, and recommend appropriate roofing solutions
• Present Solutions: Clearly explain roofing options, benefits, pricing, and available financing or payment solutions
• Close Sales: Guide customers through the decision-making process and confidently ask for the sale
• Build Relationships: Create a positive customer experience and develop trust with homeowners throughout the sales process
• Follow Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects and customers to move opportunities toward a decision
• Meet Sales Goals: Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales, revenue, and performance targets
• Stay Organized: Use company technology and CRM systems to track leads, appointments, proposals, follow-ups, and sales activity
  
  
  
  

Training & Development
No roofing experience? No problem. Our training program is designed to teach you the products, sales process, communication techniques, objection handling, estimating fundamentals, and closing strategies needed to succeed.

You’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support from experienced team members as you develop your sales career.
