- Transaction Support Execution
This includes:
- Preparing closing documents, deeds, affidavits, and transaction packages
- Drafting standard correspondence and transaction-related documentation
- Organizing transaction files and supporting materials
- Assisting in preparation of closing statements and related documentation
- Formatting and proofreading legal documents
- Deadline & Closing Coordination

- Conducting initial client interviews and appointment coordination
- Maintaining transaction calendars and milestone tracking
- Monitoring contract deadlines, contingencies, and closing dates
- Confirming completion of required tasks prior to closing
- Escalating risks prior to deadline or closing failure
- File & Document Control

- Managing digital and physical transaction files
- Ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored

- Title & Due Diligence Coordination
