Account Manager / Sales

Responsibilities

• --Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular contact and personalized service
• --Understand clients’ business goals and technology requirements to recommend appropriate solutions
• --Lead negotiations to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction
• --Utilize CRM software and sales automation tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads
• --Conduct outbound calls, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities
• --Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support client onboarding processes
• --Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to provide expert advice
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• --Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales within a B2B environment
• --Strong negotiation skills with a focus on deal closing and customer satisfaction
• --Proficiency with CRM systems such as Hubspot is a plus
• --Familiarity with sales technology adoption, sales automation technologies, and call center operations
• --Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
• --Background in technology sales or technical sales experience preferred; knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools is essential
